Processing Times
All our laser-engraved products are made to order and shipped from the UK.

• Standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days.

• Large, personalised, or stained orders may take up to 10 working days.

• If we expect any delays, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping & Delivery

• UK Orders: Shipped using Royal Mail or Evri, depending on size and destination. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

• International Orders: Shipped from the UK, usually 7–14 working days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Some products may be shipped directly from suppliers. These items may:

• Arrive separately from the rest of your order

• Be shipped using different carriers

• Have different processing and delivery times (noted on the product page)

European Union (EU) Orders

• Orders delivered to EU countries may be subject to local VAT and handling fees charged by the destination country.

• These fees are set by local authorities and are not included at checkout.

• Return postage remains the responsibility of the buyer.

United States & Other International Orders

• Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country.

• Buyers are responsible for any such charges.
