Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We accept returns within 14 days, provided the item is returned in a resalable condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. Original outbound postage costs are non-refundable.
A refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-day statutory cooling-off period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, except for personalised or custom-made items.
Return postage costs remain the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in a resalable condition.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
